Haria 9-miles/15km northeast of Teguise, Haria is know locally as 'The Valley of 1000 Palms' and is a marvelous sight to behold. Lanzarote has a distinct lack of trees, there are only 2 types on the Island, one of which is palms. As the name suggests, this fertile area offers an abundance of palm trees set in a very pretty village. Lovely scenery. back
