This well-appointed apartment is located at Playa Bastian on the edge of the relaxed resort of Costa Teguise.

Costa Teguise (4 miles/7km northeast of Arrecife) is a quiet, relaxed resort, built around an excellent sandy beach. There are ample watersport facilities at Costa Teguise. As well as offering an 18-hole golf course, excellent restaurants, bars, car hire, taxis and local shops, you will also find the essentials such as banks, cash point machines and supermarkets. The only Aquapark on the Island of Lanzarote is situated in Costa Teguise and only a 5-minute drive from Playa Bastian.

Playa Bastian has many small, beautiful bays, which are excellent for swimming, snorkeling and generally relaxing. Playa Bastian boasts a wonderful walkway, which runs along the coastline making strolling, walking, jogging etc an absolute joy. You can walk for a couple of miles along this coastal route, passing many little bays, restaurants, shops and other complexes which have coffee shops and places to rest.

Playa Bastian is less commercial and touristy than other parts of the Island, providing an excellent place to have a truly relaxing holiday. However, for only a short taxi ride or a short drive in a hire car you can have all the nightlife you want. Alternatively, you can stay local and enjoy the bars, excellent restaurants and traditional life. The apartment is about 20 minutes from the airport (16 euros by taxi), but as the planes arrive from a different direction, you do not get any air traffic noise.
