The apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor of the complex. There are stairs to negotiate.
There are 2 balconies/terraces, both of which benefit from glorious views. Each have garden furniture for your enjoyment
The larger 'roof' terrace has a huge built in barbeque
Board games are provided for the enjoyment of children and adults alike. Please ensure you leave them in the good condition you find them in
A TV, Video and Hi-fi are in the living area. Basic English channels and basic satellite TV is provided
Rentals generally begin and end on a Thursday, however, we will try to accommodate other rental dates where possible
2 minute walk from Playa Bastian beaches/bays
2 minute walk from local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, taxi rank, bus stops
Taxi from the airport will cost approximately 16 Euros. It is about a 20 minute drive, but the air traffic noise cannot be heard
Please note that smoking is restricted to the balconies/terraces to aid enjoyment of future holidaymakers
The rental price is per week, not by occupancy
Please remember to bring your own beach towels as these are not provided at the apartment
No Pets
There is a travel cot at the apartment. Cots, buggies and other items may be hired through reception
